We can not say enough good things about this company. All of the call takers are polite and professional and you can tell that they truly love working for Securus. We have seen a big increase in revenue since switching to Securus. Having a LIVE answering service that answers the phone quickly and is professional has made all the difference! Thank you Securus!

I have been using SCS for several years. Practically every time a customer thinks they are talking to someone in our office and not a service. At first i had to make a few changes to the script that they use and now things have been great!

Securus Contact Systems is an invaluable tool for my startup company. With too few people to accomplish everything that needs to be done, Securus gives me the flexibility to focus on the task at hand while assuring that there is never a customer that calls that doesn't speak to a human being. Customer feedback has also been exceptional!

We have been trying to work through some issues that we are having with billing. Both representatives that I have talked to are very helpful in trying to help me. I'm sure that we will come to some sort of resolution.

NEVER TRY THIS COMPANY. TOTALLY SACAM , THEY CHARGE ME $119 TODAY AND I DIDN'T HAVE MY LINE SET UP YET , HOW THEY GONNA CHARGE YOU FOR A SERVICE THAT YOU NEVER STARTED , THIS BAD 👎. I FINALLY GOT MY CODES 2 DAYS AGO FROM MY CELLPHONE CARRIER TO BE AVAILABLE TO FORWARD CALLS TO THEM , FOR MY SURPRISE, THEY CHARGE ME THE MONTH FEE , EVEN KNOWING, THAT I DIDN'T HAVE THE REQUIRED CODES FROM MY CARRIER. THEY TOLD ME THAT IM NO GOING TO GET MY MONEY BACK . YOU CAN KEEP IT. NP. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE BUSINESS WITH THIS LEGAL SCAMERS

RUN FROM THIS COMPANY.... They will say call "Customer Happiness" That's a freaking joke, no one is in that office, if I had a dollar for every message left I wouldn't be complaining... Over charged in May, no refund offered... I canceled service on 8/11/20 Emailed my cancelation as required... September 28 drafted my acct for $138 more than regular monthly charges with no explanation... Drafted my acct on 10/27/20 and said I had a past due balance... this is BS because each month it is paid automatically. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Save yourself the problems.

Do not sign up with these people! We got a significant rate increase with no notice and it seems impossible to cancel with them completely! The rate increase ended up totaling $700.00 in one month. When I called thinking I could at least get a credit, they wouldn't even consider it. Of course, I cancelled. Then I (idiotically) agreed to be charged a monthly fee to keep me at the old prices in case I ever decided to come back. Cancelling that completely has been a nightmare. I called to cancel and then kept getting charged. I called about that and was told "Oh, we need a letter with 30 days notice". I sent that in with an acknowledgement and 2 months later I get charged AGAIN! Unbelievable! Evidently refunding is not in their vocabulary.

I have tried my share fare of Answering Services in the past. Never have I been as satisfied as I am with Securus Systems. I have had them for a few years now and they always get the info correct and according to my customers they do a good job.
