As a small business owner I can't express enough how much of an impact this company has had in my business and personal everyday life. They have taken so many things off my plate to worry about, no more missed calls and missed revenue potential. I have found this service typically pays for itself. In particular alana gives amazing customer service

I really like this company!!! They do a good job and reasonable price, works perfect for me. I highly recommend them.

They lied to me about service contract. I was only able to afford a 50 minute plan. They still charged me for 800 minutes. Most of was telemarketers . They just let it run. STAY AWAY FROM THESE LIARS!!! They will not return your calls ever. Save your money. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SECURUS CONTACT SYSTEMS> WARNING!!!!

I've been a small business owner for roughly 15 years now and have been able to handle pretty much all aspects of my business (a moving company). however in the past several years we have really started to grow. So much so I have thought about hiring us an assistant which thank God we did it cuz although we are busy a lot of our administrative stuff is handled back office with CSM systems and Not to mention covid. However the sales rep Tony I believe his name was at Securus literally called me every month for like a year until I felt It was time with the growing of the business and the persistence of his follow-up to give them a shot. I'm not going to lie right off the bat They were answering some calls that I would let go to voicemail and in the moving industry if you miss a customer's moving call I can almost guarantee you they're going to get booked by the next Co. they call. So its nice to have a live professional representative answer the phone take the customer's information and secure the job hence the name "Securus" if you want to secure more business use them cuz they're very professiona Moving forward I've had the service now for roughly 4 months and we had an issue with billing payment and overages. This was one thing I was worried about due to we're not just a moving company but we specialize in heavy equipment relocation and a lot of our customers have questions they want answered right away Hence the world we live in so I didn't want to lose a customer by having an unknowledgeable or unprepared person answer the phone. This was one of our onboarding issues in the beginning trying to develop a script cohesive efficient and comprehensive enough without leaving reps on the phone for minutes at a time. I'll tell you this right now Alana my account manager has worked with me and helped do the best to break down how everything works so I am not misinformed on their rates and how overages work and such. So now that we have came up with a better minute plan to suffice the number of calls they are taking for me every . now looks to be much more economical to pay them a cheaper monthly rate than hiring an assistant. if you're looking for your business to grow and look larger and more professional than you are. Then check them out secure as contact systems... P. S. I've had two or three customer actually mention them in reviews they've left with the interaction they had with them very good company.

Awesome product and even greater customer service!

We moved our afterhours calls to Securus in order to align with our central office and am so happy to have found a company that truly knows about customer service. They have called us on numerous occasions to make sure we are happy with how everything is being handled and to make sure their records are correct.

Absolute necessity if you own a Service Company. I will not answer the phone if I am face to face with a Customer but SECURUS always does. My Customers think they are speaking with someone in my office. Outstanding interaction with my Customers!

I get a compliment at least once a week from a customer about how professional and efficient whoever they spoke to was when they called in for the first time. The answering staff at securest does a fantastic job at representing us, they take a huge burden off of me and allow me to work efficiently; I couldn’t be happier.
