A complete and total sham!!! Do not spend your money on this. I have emailed and tried to call, there is zero customer service. All you get is pre designed email back and a long wait on hold before they let you talk to a robot. Save your money and try a different company

Horrible customer service, expect your customers to have the patience to wait 20 rings to get an operator. If you change who the calls go to once a week, expect a major crash in the system. If you want to try and figure out the problem, call “customer happieness” and see if you can take waiting 20 minutes to get hung up on. Expect a call back? Plan on retirement first. Will they charge you by the second for trying to fix their problem? You bet, the longer they keep you holding the more they make!

Happy Client here so far. Everything is as simple as advertised.

They have taken my hard earned money and have not provided 1 answer. I have e-mailed my rep, the customer service department and called. No response. They are thieves, do not use them.

I love this service. I own/operate a small business and a lot of the time I am not able to take incoming calls while I am in the middle of my work. Not only does Securus solve that, they are extremely professional on the phone and the feedback I get from my prospects and customers regarding the "receptionist" has been 100% positive.

The first month was pretty good for what they offered but once it was time to pay they pretty much took me to the cleaners. They never once sent an email, text or call or even left a message that I was being charged $100's in overages. I have a business to take care of and we agreed on a plan... They didn't hold up on their end. Furthermore forget about them answering within 8 rings before/after business hours- That reason alone is partly why I choose this but probably lost business due to not getting my answering machine and not having them answer.

Bringing Securus onbord in 2019 was simply the most effort saving and cost effective decision for our company in a very long time. Our productivity has exploded!

Excellent Company! I have been using their services for several years. I started with only my main business phone but loved the service so much that I switch my personal voicemail to their service. Doing this made us so much more responsive to our customers. Customers love the quick response.
