I really enjoy having this professional service that allows me more free time. Everyone that has called and talked to securus have told me how professional and delightful it is to talk to a real human! I love this buisness and I highly recommend it!

Bad company and make you look like a bad company too.
This company never does what they say they will. They charged me per minute for contacting them when they said they don't. They lost me more business than they saved me if it just went to my voicemail. Don't get involved with them. For a phone answering service they have very poor phone answering skill.

Ive had this service for about 6…
Ive had this service for about 6 months. Not once have I had an issue with the service. In fact I think with their help my sales have gone up 30%! My customers are very pleased to talk with "the people in my office" that I never tell that its my service.

We've been with Securus for a couple…
We've been with Securus for a couple years now and they are very easy to work with and take constructive criticism very well. Jennifer is the best. She is always on top of our account and makes edits & adjustments as needed in a timely manner.

This service pays for itself!
I work in rural Missouri where cell service Can be spotty at best. I miss calls and don't even know I've missed them which means lost work, money, and clientele. This service has eliminated this problem so the monthly investment is always paying for itself!

Billing according to need
Phone answering service has always been satisfactory. Now the billing issues were concerning me because i don't need the service often; however, they are willing to work with me on a monthly basis to assure i'm getting the best plan for my needs, based on usage. Very pleased with this, since most services have a flat rate package.

Overall Very Satisfied
My customers and others have complemented me on their answering service skills. Everyone including me has been very impressed and pleased. I have been very satisfied except they do have some issues on the customer service end. It took over a month to resolve a billing issue and multiple phone calls and e-mails. However the resolution was to my complete satisfaction.
