Hi, I must say that these are the officers like Nicole, Liz and Genevie which make me feel comfortable to settle some of issues that I have. Nicole is always there and helpful. I think it’s alway be wonderful if some of the customer service officer can identified themselves rather than not. Easier for customer like me to communicate and address by names. Cheers

I think they respond fast on the live chat. But many decisions they still cant make. Overall experience is 4 star

Kim has been very helpful and positive in handling my query to reduce the size of the oversized shipping package. And she gave a very positive resolution in managing to convince the packers to reduce the packing size and that resulted in great savings for me.
