I like to feedback that I have been given very slow, unreliable and inefficient services by comgateway customer service team. I was told my buyforme order will arrive in usa address only on 16 dec after orders logged in Macy on 23 Nov and comgateway emailed me eta usa portland Oregon 4 Dec. Had I not emailed yesterday to ask if order is as per stipulated time, I would not be notified that order is delayed to 16 dec. It is surprising as i have been beghing for help on this, paid extra shipment to macy for faster shipment and yet now no one told me it is delayed till I took the time and effort to ask yesterday morning via email. In fact, to facilitate congateway staff and service, I even cancelled my former order as price increase after I logged in online order and re- ordered again same item at higher price to facilitate your staff. Now I am very disappointed to know that comgateway staff replied me it will be delayed by almost another 2 weeks just because I took effort to email and asked for help. This is so bad service and assistance. I cannot help feeling that it was done purposely after all the email replies and bad service. I hope comgateway high level management than customer service team can look into the matter and improve the standard of service and maintain your image. I have been using comgateway for 5 years and I am shocked how did service degrade to such inefficiency and assistance provided.
