Received broken chair, returned the product but yet to receive refund after 6 months. They came up with lame excuse, they have big in the system and not able to process refunds. I even did transaction dispute with the credit card company.. Please avoid this company, they are shameless, that's all I can say...!

The chair I received was not refurbished as advertised and had some damage as well as well as unpleasant smell. After several emails with customer service I sent the chair back for a full refund. 3 weeks after the chair has been returned and several emails and voice-mails later, I have not received a refund and will have to dispute the charge with my bank to protect myself financially. I have given them plenty of time to resolve the issue and clearly voiced my concerns several times, but unfortunately it appears that they truly don't care as long as they have your money.

I am working from home since Covid and missed my comfortable chair from work that is an ergonomic chair. I wanted to get one for my home office. I had reached out to my VP to see where we got our chairs. She got the information and sent it to me. I was so excited to see it was on sale so ordered it. It was a very simple process and love the warrenty on it. Just wondering when I should be receiving it.

Shipping takes forever. Chairvwas broken. Hadbto jump through major hoops to get arm replaced. They sent another arm that was broken as well. When ivsaid I wanted to return the broken chair... they charged me a 20 percent restock fee. And their messages here about reaching out to resolve issues are bs. Save yourself a lot of trouble and buy somewhere else

I ordered a chair from seatingmind which was marked down 45% off of MSRP. The chair arrived after a month and had a couple of issues. The gas cylinder seatingmind provided was 9" taller than the standard cylinder on the chair (humanscale advertises a min chair height of 16" for this chair, the provided cylinder had a min chair height of 25"). When I brought this up with customer service they immediately tried to weasel their way out of sending me a replacement, and stopped answering my emails after I provided proof that the cylinder was the wrong height. Additionally the chair was dirty and beat up upon arrival. It was listed as refurbished so it's not false advertising but the seat had loose threads and scratches all over it. Ultimately if you are ok with a used chair and don't have to go through customer service, you should be alright, but that is a big if. Edit - fixed after writing this review, 3/5 Edit 2 - customer service wrote back to me after I posted this suggesting I embellished my review for visibility. Highly unprofessional. I placed an order for a chair on July 26, it is now August 10th I've not heard anything regarding my order. I don't know if it's been processed or shipped or anything and I'm rather concerned.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Ordered a chair July 2nd. Still do not have the chair (it is now Aug 3rd), chair hasn't shipped, the experience as a whole is a letdown and a travesty. If I would have known this was going to be my experience I would have ordered from the manufacturer.

On checkout I received a pop asking me to give my email and cell phone number to get $25 off. I did this and the discount was only for certain line of chairs that had nothing to do with the chair I bought. It's a little disingenous after spending over $1000 on a chair. Feels like a trick to get on a spam list otherwise, 5 stars I guess
