I ordered a NEW GREY Aeron and got a USED BLACK one instead. They wouldn't acknowledge that it was used. I even ordered the additional soft wheels which they threw in the box instead of putting on the chair leaving me with the casters on the chair that showed obvious use. When I sent a pic they saw the one good wheel I had installed and accused me of trying to scam them. I have put in a Paypal dispute. DO NOT ORER FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

There is nothing remotely professional about this outfit beyond their website. Absolutely nothing. Totally disorganized, totally amateurish. It took nearly four and a half months and over 50 emails to finally get all 46 initially ordered chairs delivered and some that arrived with issues replaced. And they are located literally half an hour away from us by truck. However it must be said: the product itself was very fairly priced, give or take the incredible amount of wasted time consumed!

Sent me the wrong chair. The chair they sent me is also on their website and is cheaper than the chair I had purchased.

My experience mirrors that of others. These guys promptly charged me for an Eames management chair without shipping even though they implied they had. FedEx said otherwise. After much prompting they finally shipped the chair / and then it was the wrong chair. I ordered and paid for black leather and got grey vinyl. Repeated emails only got me at Best an offer of a partial discount. I really wanted the chair I ordered and paid for - they seem totally disinterested in fulfilling their obligation. The chair is structurally fine and otherwise nice although clearly used which is ok. They have now totally quit responding to my emails so I’ll find a way to change the seat cover myself. A good auto upholstery shop should be able to do this no problem. I would never recommend seating mind. They strike me as clueless schmucks who could give a flip about customer satisfaction. Once again clearly showing you get (almost) what you pay for.

For a month I have been trying to resolve a basic issue with an order from this company. I ordered a Herman Miller Mirra. It arrived about 2.5 weeks after the order was placed, which is fine by me. The day I received the chair, I noticed that a piece was missing so one of the adjustments wasn't working. I sent them my order number, date, and photos to show what I meant. I asked to have the part replaced, they asked if I would accept a partial refund. I said either would be fine, but I would prefer the missing piece so I could fix it. They told me they would check if that was possible then ghosted me. When I emailed two weeks later to ask if they had any luck finding the part, they asked me which part I needed, and I basically ended up walking them through the whole thing again in an annoying back and forth. This is all within the same email chain, so they have all the answers to the questions they're asking. This whole time they've been sending me one sentence responses in chatspeak with words spelled wrong. Obviously, my hopes for results aren't high and at this point it doesn't seem worth the time to answer them. It's a shame they're so shady. I'm happy with the chair other than the missing part and either way it was a good deal, I just wouldn't feel comfortable buying from them again since they've been difficult to deal with.

They waited a week to ship my order and only did so after I started the dispute process through paypal. Before that seatingmind would not answer their phone, and the email address on their website does not exist. They also did not answer the customer support message system on their website. When they finally answered me through paypal it was just saying “whats your order number?” Not “sorry for the hassle” or “something happened that made us impossible to get a hold of.” They charged me $50 to ship a chair that is still not here 2 weeks after I made the order and they never contacted me once about any delays. I’m still waiting on my order now. This is the worst shopping experience I have had in recent memory in any store or online. I do not recommend them.

This company sells broken and used furniture. Prices were too good to be true.
