Avoid this Company! Seating Mind (also known as Office Chair At Work) will scam you into believing they have restored chairs as advertised on their online website when all they really have are junkyard trashy chairs. This company has the worst customer service with misleading and deceptive business practices. See their BBB complaints and my other Trust Pilot full review for their other fake website at Office Chair At Work. Updated response: The Better Business Bureau reviews/complaints are trusted reviews, as well as Trustpilot and other legitimate reviews from customers so Seatingmind website reviews cannot be trusted. Current response: Any company that uses and pays Shopper Approved review/rating sites are paying for fake reviews because Shopper Approved is a fake "review" site, used to try to legitimize Fake/Spam Websites, such as Seatingmind. Verified customers do not pay for their honest reviews to get posted on legitimate review sites (BBB, Trustpilot, Yelp)

I ordered a $900 chair on seatingmind. It took about 2 months to arrive. It was not packaged well and the chair was scuffed up. The lumbar piece that attached to the backside was broken. The lumbar piece is also poorly designed and the pieces that slide down over the back are thin plastic. I have no doubts that the new piece (if they ship me a new one for replacement) will break over time. They are not designed to support weight well. This was an unfortunate purchase.

Seating Mind is a great resource for desk chairs - quick, clear and can easily order from a huge selection of used and new options.

Order was placed June 11, have had no further correspondence regarding order status. Chair was >$1200, I would expect better customer service and updates.

I ordered a chair on June 1 and immediately received an email with a link to track the shipment but as of today (June 18) the link doesn't fully load and as far as I know the chair never shipped. This length of time passing without any information or progress makes me feel like I got scammed. UPDATE: I added 2 stars because I did receive a prompt response to my e-mailed inquiry. However, their response stated their supply of Aeron chairs is delayed and the chair wouldn't ship for another 14-20 days. That is information that really should have been provided weeks prior - or better yet - on the product page.

If there is zero star I can rate, I will put a zero. Completely unsatisfied with the product. I can't get a refund and CS emailed to me to dispute with my credit card company. They can't refund to me. Such a scam.

One of the top companies that I have purchased merchandise through that is 100% consistent in every aspect of their operation - they are dishonorable and provide garbage product and zero warranty coverage. We purchased 2 chairs that, though rarely used, had broken mechanisms and parts that could not be replaced. When I inquired about the warranty coverage, listed as "12 years", I was immediately refused replacement. Good luck even trying to get a "live" person on the phone. Save your cash and inevitable frustration with Seatingmind, buy a new chair. Your spine and wallet will thank you later!
