Great chair my son and my wife got one and I just bought another

Great prices, but could use more detailed information on products--hard to tell exactly which version of the chair was being purchased. Chair was very well packaged and received undamaged, but there was zero paperwork included--no invoice, no manual, etc.

I found seating mind in a Google search. I was impressed by the inventory & the price points. The site was easy to navigate and I am excited to get the elegantly designed Herman Miller Mirra chair I ordered.

Website had good pics, but the description in the pic caption heading and the description below in details were not consistent with color for the chair. I hope I get the color I wanted and ordered. another issue is NO estimate of delivery date. also annoying to get a survey request without receiving the order or at least a confirmation with order delivery date. Why request good/bad feedback about the website vs. the order experience??

I placed my order on May 2nd and it's now May 30th and I haven't received any updates. Your language indicated that in stock items would ship within 7-14 days. I haven't heard anything nor received my order. Very frustrating.

I called no one answered. I emailed I didn’t get any response. I bought a product I didnt get an shipping info. I dont know what is going on with my order

They sent the wrong color chair and would not let me send it back for a replacement. They tried to replace the seat but sent the wrong seat I wanted to return the chair but they said they would not accept it back and now they have said it is not going to get replaced I am just stuck with the wrong chair they are not going to do anything further to correct their mistakes.

We purchased our Herman Miller chair about 3 years ago and were very pleased. They one day the hydraulic cylinder failed. The seat went to the floor and would not come up. I contacted SeatingMind, they directed me to the warranty page which stated "The warranty covers the entire chair’s mechanics for 12 years from the date of purchase". But customer service response was "Since the chair has been in your possession for 3 years and it worked just fine the cause of the cylinder failing is NOT under our responsibility". How's that for a 12 year Mechanical warranty.
