Good price for an excellent product and great service!

Didn't hear anything for 3 weeks. When I reached out, suddenly the order was shipped. I think somehow they forgot it. When I got it, it was in 2 boxes jammed together to make a bigger box. No way the original packing. Chair obviously used. Did not come with any instructions, hardware, operator instructions, or anything.

Really, no customer service. I placed my order at the end of July. Cost went through on my card the next day. It's now the end of August and still no chairs, no e-mails or phone calls from this company to let me know what's going on with my order. I finally got through on the phone, only to be told they didn't have the color I ordered. Possibly getting some in, in a couple more weeks. ORDERED CANCELLED!!!!

Nice choice of chairs at reasonable price. They do reply to your phone calls and/or emails within 1-2 business days.

The chair arrived in less than perfect condition, with wobbly arms and what seem to be used parts.

Sent me a rusty chair with a giant hole in the base. Unfixable. Now I'm out almost $500.

I see some people had issues here, but I had a very positive experience and it involved a return/exchange. I recently ordered an Aeron chair from them. I got shipping information quickly, and it ended up arriving just a few days later. The chair arrived in perfect new condition, BUT i ended up ordering the wrong size due to reading the incorrect size chart on another site. I needed a size up. I contacted to arrange a return, and it was a simple deal for them. They provided shipping label, fedex picked up. They provided a code upon return, I ordered my new chair and it showed up 2 days later! So for something that was a little more complex than a simple order I was very pleased with everything.

I was worried when I started reading the other reviews of Seatingmind after my order was already placed. However, I received my chair this morning and it is exactly as described. It was packaged securely and functions as expected. I placed my order on April 26th (a Friday), and the tracking number was sent to me on April 29th (the next Monday). The chair did not ship until May 6th (a week after the tracking number was generated), and it was delivered to me on May 10th. I don't mean to discount the other reviews, since a good number of people seem to have had issues. However, this may just be a case of only the dissatisfied customers being motivated to write a review. In my case, it was a smooth process.
