I would give zero stars if I could. They sent me a reck of a Steelcase Leap 2 chair claiming that it was new. It was horribly packaged and the leather was torn off the facing of the seat. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

We bought and were delivered 10 Herman Miller Aeron Chairs. I am sorry to say that 4 of the chairs were not “restored to brand new” as stated on the website. This promise of brand new condition is what prompted us to order these chairs and were expecting such. 4 out of the 10 chairs would not be considered brand new condition. The chairs arrived with zero protective packaging in the boxes which more than likely led to one of the chairs having scuffed arm rests. 3 of the chairs are ripping at seams on the seats. I emailed my problem on August 21st and received zero response. I then called and spoke to Jacob who assured me the chairs would be replaced. No communication until Lena emailed me on September 11th asking me for a video. A video was sent and Lenna claimed it was only one chair and asked me to ship it back. I had to retake video to prove it was 4 chairs. She is now saying we have to ship the chairs back before any replacement can be sent. This has been one very frustrating and inconvenient battle with false advertising!

Seat came with a distinct laceration on the left arm rest that certainly did not come from shipping. Very disappointed seeing that they will only do refunds or replacements if the seat doesn't function.

After waiting for my chair for a month, I realized my chair was delivered the previous week. Fed Ex left the chair outside our office suite and someone stole it. Seatingmind sent me another chair free of charge, but Fed Ex still did not want a signature.

I placed an order a month ago for over $13K in office chairs and it still hasn't even shipped. I'm extremely upset as the rep that helped me place the order assured me that I'd have them in 2-3 weeks, and we're here 4 weeks later and they haven't even shipped! I'm on a tight deadline and this was supposed to be a good experience and so far it's been awful- no one answers the phone, no one gets back to you with an explanation, and there's no reason of why it's taking so long!

Purchased three executive chairs. Spent 1900.00 dollars. One chair arrived in excellent condition. One chair has a small weaving defect in the seat. One chair appeared to be a used chair and had scuff marks on wheels and around chair bottom. I decided to keep all the chairs because we need them desperately. I did not want to hassle with return. I am not impressed with the quality control and expect better. I will probably not order from them again .

Good price for a trusted brand chair, took way longer to get than I expected, almost a month, but it did arrive. So far so good, the chair is comfortable, the right armrest is a bit loose but I'm hoping I can figure out how to tighten it up.

I was VERY disappointed with the turnaround time of my order. So much so that I decided to cancel it. Fortunately after nearly a month past ordering, it hadn’t shipped and so the representative was kind enough to fulfill my cancellation request.
