I ordered 2 chairs for my office to try out before placing a larger order with SeatingMind. I read some of the sketchy reviews saying they had issues with shipping and with the products. These ARE refurbished chairs, which their website did indicate that if the chair was not listed as Refurbished then it was new. I checked with the sales guy and he said it was refurbished, either way its fine. We received the 2 chairs that I ordered within 72 hours after I placed the order. I ordered on Tuesday and they arrived Thursday. They arrived in a box, full assembled. I just had to take them out. They are both in great condition. The Herman Miller Celle is a bit more worn, while the Allsteel Acuity is in better overall shape. People in the office are sitting in them and choosing which they prefer and then I will place a larger order and write another rating regarding that. I bet it will take a little longer. Some of these people are ordering a hundred chairs and they must think this is Amazon with machines getting these chairs ready for shipment. I believe this is a smaller company operating in New Jersey, so I won't be surprised if its longer than 2 days when I order 20 chairs. Either way I wanted to let people know that I had a good experience.

Our office ordered several Herman Miller Aeron chairs. After waiting for over a month for my order, the shipment eventually arrived (no tracking number was ever provided). After examining the chairs, we realized they were not the chairs we ordered - wrong color, wrong size and USED (we ordered new). We promptly emailed customer service, who asked us to send pictures. They claim it was not their mistake, and this is what we ordered - despite our order receipt saying differently?? Difficult to deal with. We were annoyed, but decided to keep what we received since their customer service wouldn't help. Well, within the month the chairs broke. One fell apart, and several had arms or head rests break off. Once again, we contact customer service - and they tell us their warranty doesn't cover these problems. We had to shop elsewhere for new chairs, rather than deal with these Seatingmind customer service employees again. We learned the hard way to do research on a seemingly too good to be true company beforehand. It appears lots of others have had similar poor experiences with Seatingmind. Moral of the story - this website's prices seem to be too good to be true, because they are too good to be true. Purchase elsewhere for better product... and better customer service.

They sent me the wrong chair and the arm rests are oozing a black substance! Will never buy from them again!

Did not give five stars because they failed to answer a question about warranty. Otherwise, for the price I am satisfied.

Great product but arrived with scratches.

They are clearly incompetent and have an even worse delivery company. My order was made January 22nd, and expected in less than two weeks. They mistakenly shipped it to the wrong customer in another part of the country and had to wait until it was returned to their warehouse. After it returned, it sat there for over a week. Nobody ever proactively contacted me with a status, and when I did ask for status I got vague answers with no detail from some guy named Abe that kept “yelling" at me in email with his CAPS LOCK on in every email. I doubt it ever would have shipped if I didn't email and bug them over and over. It finally shipped last week and was supposed to arrive Monday. We waited and waited and around 5PM checked online to see it was rescheduled to Tuesday. Tuesday, the exact same thing happened. Wednesday, the exact same thing happened. After I spoke with the delivery company for the 2nd day in a row and was promised it would be delivered today before noon, it was rescheduled for the next day for the THIRD DAY IN A ROW without any notice. Again, nobody called, and nobody emailed. Nobody from the seating mind has ever apologized for this inconvenience or offered any compensation for these egregious mistakes. I tried to cancel the order today so I can buy some chairs locally, but have not heard back. I WANT A REFUND! (Hey Abe, that's what CAPS LOCK is for)

I’d give them 5 stars if they could ship quicker. I expect that I will be buying from them again!
