Ordered since May 9 with nothing on the horizon (still processing even though the funds were withdrawn a month ago!). Tried contacting them several times on both phone and email with no response. Starting to worry that this might be a scam! UPDATE: I did receive an email following this Trustpilot review with a Fedex tracking number that shows pending (since May 12) with a promise to ship by end of this week. Will update the review if it does ship and received in a timely manner.

Don't waste your time or money. I ordered from Seatingmind knowing full well it would take some time to get my chair. Their website states that orders will take 10-14 business days to ship so after ordering I waited 15 business days before contacting them about the status of shipping for my chair. As their phones were not functional (they aren't open several days of the week- or at least their office isn't) I sent an email. Despite promises that they will get back to you in 48 hours, it took longer than that for a response. When they did respond I was told that my chair would ship in two weeks, a full 14 MORE business days from the original purchase promise. A day or two longer than what is initially stated may be fine in this situation, though really it's not that hard to update a website with correct shipping information. More than DOUBLE the amount of time to ship something is nonsense, and frankly with the reports of poor quality products I wasn't going to wait that long only to get something that might not be the new chair promised. I'm guessing they're not updating their website with this information because putting down that orders ship in 30 business days isn't something anyone would risk- at that point you're running out of time to get a refund with a credit card or any sort of purchase protection, and they likely know that. I immediately canceled my order and received a prompt response that I would see a refund to my account within 5 business days. Of course we're past that now and no refund so I'm having to open a case with the payment processor. I have no idea if this company sells decent products. I do know that telling someone it will take 14 business days to ship a product and then changing that to 28 business days isn't acceptable, and who knows if it would have shipped even at that point?

My boss is extremely disappointed with her order from Seating Mind. I called and left messages about the order but have still not heard back in ~2 weeks since it was delivered. And this is after it took over 5 weeks arrive with no order update. The chair arrived damaged with parts missing -- parts that she paid extra for. It honestly looks like they may have just sent the wrong chair? Either way, it's been weeks and I haven't heard back. It was Order #22098

Chair never shipping - Order a chair over 22 days ago. They trick you by saying that orders take longer than the FedEx estimate to fill and ship. DO NOT BUT FROM THIS SH!TTY COMPANY

I just wanted to make another post since I still haven't received any further updates regarding my order. Customer service addressed that there is a 1-2 week delay on getting shipments out, but it's now about to be 3 weeks since I placed my order with still no update about my tracking being activated. The last email I received from customer support said to reach out again if that didn't happen yet so I'd like to just bring attention to this concern.

I ordered a chair on May 7 and still have not received the chair nor a status update on when it will be shipped. I have sent two messages to the company via their website and have not received a response. I understand that this may have been an unprecedented time for this company, but feel like one month is reasonable to wait and communication has been poor. UPDATE: After 7 weeks, I never received the chair. The company did communicate with me and told me they were swamped by Covid-19 and it would be another 30-60 days. Since other vendors could send me a chair in a more reasonable timeframe, I cancelled the order. To their credit, seatingmind did issue a refund. However, I paid $515 for the chair and they only refunded me $463.50, a difference of $51.50. Since I didn't receive any merchandise, I don't understand why I did not receive a full refund. I have asked the company for a response.

It's been four days since I placed an order. I haven't received any official communication from Seating Mind other than processing the payment through my payment vendor. I've sent out emails to the sales teams, the support team and the customer support team and have tried calling the support team multiple times just to get my call forwarded to a voice mail. I'm riled up at the point, being affected by the pandemic is not an excuse. Please do not process any orders if you can't handle the demand. I am about to revoke the transaction with my credit card company.

Made an order over 6 weeks ago, no shipping notification, vague responses from customer service. I ended up having to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
