No Communication from Customer Service
I have an issue with my order and called customer service. The voice recording indicated to send an email to customer service. Ive emailed customer service twice and have not received a reply.

I received the following response from [email protected]: cust emailed 9/30 rec response 10/1 cust emailed 10/6 rec response 10/7 cust emailed 10/12 rec response 10/12 in an email they claim they sent images on 9/3 and 10/6 but I don't see any emails from them on those dates. I strongly suggest you re-email cs@seatingmind,con and/or [email protected] since customer service responded many times and they never received your images.

CREDIT DUE NOT RECEIVED
UPDATE: AS OF 10/08/2020 I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY $299.00 CREDIT. ON 08/28/2020 I WAS ADVISED BY FAY IN CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I WOULD RECEIVE A FULL CREDIT OF $299.00. SINCE THAT TIME THERE HAS BEEN NO COMMUNICATION AND I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE THE CREDIT. I HAVE FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB WHICH IS CLOSED BECAUSE SEATING MIND ADVISED US I WOULD RECEIVE MY CREDIT. THAT WAS A FLAT OUT LIE. I AM NOW WORKING WITH THE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE OF NEW JERSEY. AN ATTORNEY HAS NOW BEEN ASSIGNED TO HANDLE MY CASE.

Chair came fast and in excellent condition! Instructions on how to put it together would have been nice, but I figured it out.

Order 53443.
Order 53443. How long does it take to ship a single chair? Almost 3 weeks now. Should I cancel and order from another company?

I sent an email to [email protected] . Refirbished chairs do take longer to prepare and send but this did seem to take longer than usual. If you do not here from them in a day or two, you are welcome to contact them on your own as well.

Easy to navigate, good selection and competitive prices
The site is easy to navigate, offers a good selection at very competitive prices. I will shop there again.

More Clarity on Shipping Would Be Better
Once I placed my order, the status only said "awaiting shipment." I wish the site provided a little more clarity about when I can expect the order to arrive.

Website says 7 to 14 working days to…
Website says 7 to 14 working days to ship. I ordered on September 15th. Here we are October 15th and still nothing.

[email protected] responded to my inquiry, "order was shipped out on oct 7 and delivered oct 9". I just looked it up myself on ups.com and it shows delivered on 10/9.

The website is well designed and highly flexible and responsive. Although a bit crowed with too many optional drop downs. Store selection is good and prices reasonable.
