After filing a complaint with the NJ Attorney General, and telling SeatingMind. I got my money back. Only 10 months from start to finish! Former Review _ 1. Bought chair. Hmmmm, used not refurbished. 2. Returned chair. Thanks for trying to return my money. That bank account is closed, can't just credit that dead card. Lot's of email with a very nice CS person (Fay) but clearly her superiors don't give a rats ass about giving me my money back. 3. Literally a month later still no $. 4. Might as well burned $495 because it looks like I am SOL. 5. TEN MONTHS from start to finish filing a complaint and telling Seating Mind got my $ back!

Easy to use site, good explanations to set expectations and avoid disappointment on shipping times, and great prices. Hope the product works out as well as the experience

Order number 54950 I will happily provide feedback as I always do when I get excellent customer service. However I can’t say that this is the case. I would be happy to revise my review IF I get a response. I placed my order 6 days ago and all I got was a confirmation that the order was received and another soliciting a review. I think that by now I should know when the chair is going to be delivered??? I dont think it’s asking too much. In a world where online commerce is the new way of doing business I think it’s very important to let your customers know where the product is in its shipping process. I have yet to hear from seatinginmind.com other than asking for a review. So here it is...please someone let me know when I’ll get my chair.

I haven’t received my order as of yet but my shopping experience was good. My only complaint is that it is stated on the website free shipping on all orders yet with no disclaimer. So I was a little taken aback at $125 for shipping upon check out. Obviously I still purchased the item but that’s the reason for only 4 stars. Update: I was told I must have chosen expedited shipping but I did not. I was only given the option of fixed shipping on this item and wasn’t unable to uncheck it.

Ordering was easy. Still waiting on shipment it has been 1 week since order.

I was pretty pleased to find a Herman Miller office chair for 50% off. I was shopping for cheaper alternatives and thought I would see if I could find an HM instead. I don't have the chair yet, so I can't give you 5 stars.
