Best price I could find on this item, thank you very much, Scout & Nimble. After discount, shipping and handling, Lulu & Georgia charges $994.75 for the very same console. No, no, Lulu % Georgia.

Everything was fine
Everything was fine, but the shipping options really make it seem like the sale isn't worth it as I end up spending all the money on the fancy shipping.

Hi Geraldine! I'd love to help you out if I can. In looking at your order, it looks like you received free standard freight shipping on your order. Are you referring to the white glove delivery upgrade available at checkout? That option ranges anywhere from $149 - $249 depending on what you are purchasing and where you are located. In most cases it is well worth it on large freight purchases. It is an extra service provided by a third party delivery company. It includes any assembly, staging in room of your choice, and debris removal. Please feel to reach out to us at [email protected] if you have any questions.

Not happy with my table, fulfillment, and return policy.
Not happy with my table. Fulfillment took longer than expected, with mixed communication. When I received the table, had to assemble myself, color tone was off compared to pictures, and it was Made in China. $1650 table looks like I bought it from Wayfair. I expected better. Their website still doesn't disclose where the table was made and that assembly is required. Conveniently, returns are not accepted fro freight items. I have a whole house to furnish, but I'm not ordering from Scout & Nimble ever again. Disappointing.

Hi Dohyun, I'm so sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your table. We'd love to help you out with that if possible. Do you mind sending us an email with a picture of your table? As for the delivery and assembly, all dining tables are shipped with the table top and bases separate to avoid damage in transit. The Free Shipping option that you chose during checkout, includes standard threshold delivery which is outlined in the shipping options in the checkout process. In order to have your table assembled, you would have needed to upgrade to the White Glove Delivery option provided to you at checkout.
