Don't Call, Maybe Email?
AMENDING MY REVIEW: Someone did reach back out today. Their phone system isn't the best so don't expect a call back but they were super responsive over email and gave me a call after that. They are at the mercy of drop shippers- just wish their was some more proactive notifications on status. Nonetheless, the customer experience member who reached out was more than lovely and explained the situation. Feeling better about receiving my order now! ________________________________________________________ They are impossible to get in touch with. Placed an order with no updates on a back-ordered item even the the item is now in stock and past the date they said it was back ordered to! They have a phone line but no one ever picks up or calls back. they dont even allow you to wait in a queue.

I really appreciate the response times…
I really appreciate the response times and transparency with customer service. It would be helpful if estimated delivery dates were more obvious at the time of purchase to avoid unnecessary confusion. Customer service was great.

Rough start to this shopping experience…
Rough start to this shopping experience as item was advertised with free shipping, but website automatically added shipping. After speaking with the company, the error in shipping cost was corrected and item arrived expertly packed and in perfect condition. Very pleased with the help received by phone (on my second follow up call) and very pleased with my purchase.

Great price and delivery time but a box would've been better
We appreciated the sale price, delivery was on time and the items ordered were just as described...very cute! One thing we would've preferred is that the items had come in a box and not a padded envelope. They could've been damaged if the padded envelope had gotten crushed by a large package. Otherwise, we're happy with our purchase. Thanks!

A beautiful chair AND free delivery
It was quick and easy. The one disappointment is that i got the email for the 100.00 discount after i placed my order. Can i get the discount still?
