The discount code didn’t work. Was hoping the mirror would be $400 including delivery. This is the second mirror like this I’m buying. The first one i bought last year for myself and then this one is for my friend. But $470 is too expensive.

For small parcel orders under $300, we use a flat-rate shipping model of $19.95. This rate is actually a cap, meaning if a carrier quotes us a lower shipping cost (for example, $12), we’ll pass that savings directly to our customers. In this case, the actual FedEx cost to ship your candlesticks was higher than $19.95, so you were only charged our capped rate. For future reference, we do also offer free shipping on all orders over $300! Always frustrating when u sign up to get a discount and then always always there are exclusions. Will not shop here again. Shipping is also ridiculously priced.

I bought a rug and some nightstands, but they weren't the color they were shown to be on the website. The quality of the nightstands was disappointing; the wood had impurities, and it looks like they scuffed it up as part of the design to hide them, the rug was nice quality, just the wrong color!

The tray I bought is described as 19.69" x 19.69". In actuality it is much smaller - 15" x 15". It's a cool tray, but I was looking for something bigger.
