Fabulous product, fast shipping, full marks all the way.
I ordered a very large glass jar and was a little worried about shipping, but Scout & Nimble did a fantastic packing job. Beautiful product delivered super fast. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and fully intend to shop here again.

I was looking at this item on several websites & was very pleased when I placed it in my cart, Scout & Nimble offered me a 10% discount as a first time Customer. I was sold & finished the purchase with Scout & Nimble! Great way to get a customer!

Stock
A table was out of stock but still up for purchase on the website. We ordered it just to receive an email two days later saying it was out of stock and discontinued.

Hello, I do apologize for the inconvenience. We do our best to keep all of our manufacturers stock up to date. For items that are on clearance or low stock, it doesn't happen very often, but there can at times be some overlapping since the items are also being sold by other retailers. That looks to have been the case here and I do apologize. We do have that same table available in a different finish, but it is on backorder until March. If the other finish will work for you, we'd be happy to provide you with a discount on the order for your troubles.

I ordered a concrete table from you. You have debited my credit card. To date I have not received any confirmation that I made the order, notice of when it will be delivered or status of the order. I sent you and email 4 days ago in this regard and received a computer generated reply that your staff is working on a response. Again I have heard nothing from you.

Hello Glenn, I'm happy to assist you with your order. I am showing that you placed your order on 01/01 and that your order confirmation email was sent out at that time. I also see that we responded to your initial request by sending out a 2nd confirmation email. It could be that our emails are getting filtered into your spam folder. Please be sure to check that folder and mark it as safe. As for payment and delivery of your order...The payment on your order was only pre-authorized and has not been captured yet. The item you ordered was on backorder at the time you placed your order but it has come back in stock and being processed for shipping. your order will ship out via freight and freight shipping takes 7-10 business days once it is sent to processing. Ordered on line and they said the…
Ordered on line and they said the product was in stock. Then they said it was on back order. They gave a date of the back order when it would be in stock (end table). Never heard from them. I called and they said it’s on back order still. I canceled the order. Poor customer service.
