Diana Harris offered excellent customer service. The bowl I had ordered ended up being backordered and therefore causing a delay in our project installation. Diana notified me that they actually had a spare bowl in the office and she could ship it out to us next day! I was very appreciative not only of her fast response but her willingness to go above and beyond to get us our item as quickly as possible.

I highly recommended Scout and Nimble for both their beautiful products as well as their stellar customer service. Diana was a pleasure to work with, and I sincerely appreciate her exceptional customer service skills and assistance with helping sort through an issue that came up.

Diana Harris was incredible to work with over the last couple of days. She messaged me when initially my product arrived at the distribution center slightly damaged, sent photos of the issues and offered either full refund, re-order of product or accept item with minor discount. She was very communicative throughout our emails and made me feel good about proceeding. Thank you Diana!

Excellent customer service and high quality furniture. I recently ordered several items and three items were on backorder. Scout and Nimble immediately notified me of my delayed expected ship dates and they have gone out of their way to give me status updates. I can’t speak highly enough of the two pieces that have arrived as they are unique and well-made. I will definitely be stopping first at Scout and Nimble for all of my future home decor and furniture needs.

I ordered a table on-line, which did not show as back ordered at the time the order was placed and I received a confirmatory email stating my order was placed. As expected, my credit card was authorized (but not charged) for the purchase price. Six days later, I check my S&N account and I see the item is on backorder, and the authorization on my CC has been removed. I never received an email stating the item was on backorder I call their 24/7 customer service # twice, in the evening and during work hours. Both times it was an answering service. I leave a message requesting a call back. Instead of a call back, I get an email. Company rep claims she can't see my screen but the manufacturer has four of the items in stock so it is not backordered. Can't explain why my account shows a back order. I now have an email confirming the order has been cancelled, but my account has been updated to show the order has been placed, so who knows. Some thoughts 1. Calling an answering service 24/7 customer service is dishonest 2. Customer service not being able to see what my account shows doesn't make sense 3. Failure to notify by email when status is changed in customer account is sloppy at best and dishonest at worst.

I had a real problem with a chandelier that was given to me. Some of the parts were missing so it couldn't be hung. I spoke with Diana Harris and sent her a picture of the fixture that was similar to one you sell. She went out of her way to get me a diagram showing what parts I would need to buy. I had called several places for some information and NO ONE did anything or gave me any encouragement of where to go for this. Diana hunted and found a diagram similar to my light and with that act of kindness was the whole reason my light got installed. An electrician that I found used this diagram to find all the parts needed and now I have a beautiful light in my sewing room! I can't tell you how happy I am to have found Diana. She was so compassionate, helpful, and really cares about you whether you're a customer or not. She should be fully commended for her efforts to help people and is an absolute asset to Scout & Nimble. Cudos Diana!! Thank you again!

The worst customer service. They make every excuse not to help you. I bought two mirrors for $1000. They’re supposed to match, they don’t. And the frame of one cracked down the middle due to poor craftsmanship after ten months of simply hanging on a wall. When I contacted them they said too bad

I found a light fixture on your site and sent a question about the item to Customer Service. While I was communicating with them, the item sold out. The customer service manager Diana Harris was an angel and helped me to secure the exact same item that just so happened to be in the process of being returned to the store and wasn't yet back in inventory. I got the fixture my heart was set on, and great customer service in the process. Thank you Diana for all of your help!
