Scout & NimbleReviews of scoutandnimble.com

Scout and Nimble went above and beyond with their customer service. Diana in particular handled our situation with the upmost professionalism that in turn will steer me to them to shop first for all our home needs. They stood behind what they sold us and communicated with understanding which will make it easy to continue doing business with them. I highly recommend this company which is rare these days. New loyal customer, Susan

I had a few questions regarding my order and payment plan, and reached out to get some clarity on those. Diana responded to my email with thorough, clear information about the process. She then reached out to me a few weeks later to let me know about a very minor shipping damage issue, including pictures and a discount offer, which I accepted. Every step of the way she was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful and communicative. I work in customer support for an online company as well and it's always nice to encounter support that is not only competent and helpful, but friendly to the point of even being enjoyable. Diana's a great asset to your team!

Unexplained charge on my credit card. Canceled my order. Refunded and now charged again. Stupid....like I would. It notice a huge charge in my credit card.

I am very disappointed with their customer service. I ordered a piece of furniture that was on backorder, by the time it was available I no longer wanted it and asked to return it. I called many times and no one returned my calls. After multiple attempts I finally received help and was told to refuse the delivery. I refused the delivery and they never refunded my purchase. I have been asking for help for 2 years. My only option at this point into accept a damaged piece of furniture I invested $2000 in. Purchase your furniture somewhere else.

Sadly, the furniture I ordered was on backorder and eventually arrived damaged. The customer service I received following that unfortunate circumstance was incredible. The communication that Diana provided was excellent and very timely. She offered me several options and I am very pleased with our end agreement. Good customer service makes all the difference and for that reason, I will absolutely shop here again.

Horrible customer service. After ordering a piece in May with an est shipping time of 4 to six weeks, 5 months later I received a call that my item was available for delivery. It was so long ago I had completely forgotten about it. Of course I purchased something else. No confirmation email, no status communication, no nothing at all. I finally had to request a chargeback through my credit card company, then the threats started by the company, collections, legal action, etc. and for something I never even received. Please proceed with extreme caution and read all the complaints with the BBB. What a nightmare.

Diana replied to my email very quickly and answered my question regarding a product very pleasantly and thoroughly! Excited to use Scout & Nimble for future client projects!

I recently ordered a coffee table from Scout & Nimble! It arrived very well packaged in a wooden crate. Unfortunately the table damaged a little too easily from a vacuum hose within the first few days! I reached out to Customer Service and received a response almost immediately. Diana was beyond helpful with my situation. It was so nice to communicate with someone in customer service that didn’t come across as automated. She was very personable and attentive to my emails. She replaced my table with a brand new one! A little grace goes a long way these days. Scout & Nimble - hang on to Diana! She is awesome!!
