They are Liars!!! I oder two sconce back in November of 2020..Item were on Backorder and notice sent and I was fine with it. Another email confirming I still wanted the backorder and to do nothing if I still wanted it. So I call today to check on it and this Rude young girl was so condescending and also admitted they sent wrong emails. So I asked since this was "THEIR ERROR" what they would do....then cam back and told the item is discontinued....so I informed her that is not true and I order them through another website!! NASTY RUDE Employees!!!!

Diana Harris was terrifically helpful! A pair of side tables we ordered arrived damaged, and she swiftly arranged for a replacement pair. The replacement pair also arrived damaged (reason for the 4 stars instead of 5), but Diana arranged for a furniture medic to come and repair them. The medic did a wonderful job. Diana was thorough, prompt, kind and all around super helpful.

Return policy makes you pay DOUBLE to ship item back. If you’re purchasing from this company, make sure you REALLY want the item!

We ordered two expensive Hooker accent cabinets and did not receive them for almost 2 months.

We ordered two recliners. We had a problem with the finish on them. Scout & Nimble offered to replace both chairs. We said we would rather have a credit so would could order two completely different chairs. They were HAPPY to handle the problem how ever we preferred. All companies can once in awhile have a defective product, but never have we had a company so willing to make sure we were completely satisfied with the way the problem was remedied. Great job! We highly recommend this company.

Buried in the small print was a no refund non returnable disclaimer on the counter stools I just bought. So despite having read what seemed to be a standard refund and return policy in bold print on this website it doesn’t apply to all goods. You need to read carefully. Scout & nimble refused to help exchange my wrongly-sized counter stools. We will not buy from here again.

Update: I was contacted today by Diana Harris and everything has been resolved. There was a new representative that had not been fully trained on one of the payment methods. They were able to take care of this finally. As it took a few attempts, I changed the rating to four stars instead of the two I assigned earlier. Outside of this issue, everything was great with the other part of my order and I will certainly keep them at the top of my list when searching for home decor and you should as well. I placed an order for two products both of which the website said were in stock. I received notification that one item was being shipped and that the other was not in stock and was on back order with an expected date of 3/29/21 about 5 months later. I immediately contacted CS as that would not work and was told they would remove the item from my order. That was about 3 weeks ago. The item is still showing as being on back order under the order on their website. I also used Bread for payment and they have not been credited back for the items that were cancelled and still show I owe the full balance on these items. I should not have to reach out to them multiple times to get this corrected. Involves $393.13 in total.
