Excellent service! My son had a tooth for which he was referred to the hospital as it had a curved root. It was giving him a lot of pain. I took him to Scott Arms and they took the tooth out. It was such a relief, as he would have waited months for a hospital appointment. The staff were amazing. Greatly recommended!

I recently had a dental emergency, I called the reception and my call was promptly answered, I luckily got an appointment with my regular dentist Dr Richard Ostins who explained the situation to me clearly, patiently answered all my questions and treated me with his usual efficiency and expertise. I have been with Scott Arms for a few years now and each time my experience has been excellent. I used to be very nervous about dental appointments but not since I registered with Scott Arms. Everyone I come in contact with here from start to finish is so pleasant, polite, empathetic and professional that I recommend this surgery to all my friends and family.

The Hygenist was great and did a thorough job. She also gave me good advice on aftercare.

I've got to say that this Practice was fantastic from start to finish & the treatment provided was thorough & I was treated with great care & understanding. I would totally recommend this Practice & im even thinking of transferring and becoming a patient from my life time Practice in my area. Its just the distance from my home that is an issue.

Dr Imran and his assistant Adela were excellent. Gave all options available to me clearly. While carrying out procedure he told me exactly what he was doing and what I should / shouldn’t be feeling. Very informative, polite and professional.

I cannot recommend this dental practice enough, I am a very nervous patient and have just been through a tooth extraction which was carried out by Farman and dental implants carried out by Samson. Firstly the surgery is so spotless you could literally eat your lunch from the floor, the receptionists are so polite and happy to help, always greeting you with a smile, that puts you are ease before you have even seen the dentist. Farman was so lovely, he talked me through everything, and gave me the best options, he performed a crown and an extraction, knowing how nervous I was he talked to me and reassured me all the way through these procedures. I also required 2 implants on which he brought Samson in to discuss with me, Samson is the most polite, chatty and informative dentist ever, he also talked me through the all the steps of the procedure regarding implants, the first session I was petrified but declined sedation, I did not need it, I couldn't feel a thing, Samson talked me through everything he did on the day and I felt so at ease I could literally have fallen asleep I was so comfortable. I have now had both implants done and I am more than happy. Thank you to both Samson and Farman for making a nervous patient feel very comfortable and happy to come back again and again!!!! I am recommending you to anybody and everybody who needs a wonderful, thoughtful dentist.
