After seeing dentist after dentist and after them purely botch jobbing my teeth. I finally came to an establishment that has helped me out. Andrew is the man to see. Bearing in mind I’m self conscious about my teeth. He sat me down (with no judgement whatsoever) Broke the whole process down, what needs to be done and how he’s going to sort it. Nearly half way through my treatment but thanks Andrew!

Any negative comments here do not apply to the skill of the dentists, no problems with the ones I have seen (other than some try to push cosmetic treatments, Denplan schemes, etc), the problem lies with poor administration. I have a considerable distance to travel to get here, on one occasion I received a phone call whilst on route to cancel my appointment as the Dentist was off sick (surely they must have known earlier?) on another, I turned up on time for my appointment, only to be left waiting for ages, only when I queried was I told there had been a mix up and I couldn't be seen. Another time I received a phone call to say due to a cancellation could I come in an hour earlier, only to be seen much later than my original appointment with no apology or explanation. Furthermore, some of the girls behind the desk can be downright rude. Finally, always ensure you are supplied with clear and concise written costs of your treatment, as mine were unclear and ambiguous, leading to a misunderstanding on my part when the final part of my bill was due.

It's an outdated practice and you'll realise when you sit in the reception and watch the screens on display. I went for an invisalign consultation and the appointment was delayed first of all and when i went to see a dentist it was just a rushed job. Also, they managed to hustle £30 from me for an x-ray of my teeth which many orthodontists do for free. If you're thinking of doing invisalign here, I'd say avoid it and go to a specialist instead.

First time using this dentist... all I can say is wow! Very exceptional, kind and courteous, had a tooth extracted by Ameer, didn’t feel a thing at all. Will be using this practice from now on.

Just like to add a few comments reference my treatment undertaken by Dr Andrew Kalli at this dental surgery. Andrew is the consummate professional. Explains treatment in detail, has a very friendly personality, always making you feel less anxious. Well done to him for the highly professional attitude to his work,
