Visiting Great Barr Dental for my dental appointment, and I must say, the experience exceeded my expectations in many ways. From the moment I stepped into the clinic, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism, setting a positive tone for the entirety of my visit. Upon arrival, I did notice that the reception area seemed a bit rushed, but this minor hiccup was quickly overshadowed by the impeccable service I received thereafter. Despite the hustle and bustle, the staff managed to handle the situation with grace, ensuring that I was promptly attended to and made to feel comfortable. Once I was seen by the dentist, any concerns I had about the rushed reception were immediately dispelled. The dentist took the time to listen attentively to my dental issues, addressing each one with care and expertise. I greatly appreciated their thoroughness and willingness to answer all of my questions, which put me at ease throughout the appointment. One aspect of Great Barr Dental that truly stood out to me was their transparency regarding pricing and costs. Before proceeding with any treatment, the staff took the time to clearly explain all associated expenses, ensuring that I fully understood what to expect. This level of honesty and communication is commendable and greatly appreciated, as it fosters trust and confidence in their services. Took my money but didn't follow protocol and carry out the treatment required which would have taken 5 minutes, just told me to see my own dentist Monday. My regular dentist was surprised at the shoddy care given. The dentist I saw wasn't interested in my issue, just wanted to sell cosmetic work.

I am a very anxious patient when it comes to the dentist. But rest assured Scott and Arms dental practice is an excellent dental practice which puts you right at ease from the moment you walk through the door. My dentist, David, is an excellent dentist whose work is great and he is really thorough and patient. He actually listens to you, explains all the treatment well and if you need to be seen urgently after procedure, he is always welcoming. If you are an anxious patient.. opt for sedation.. it does wonders. I had 2 tooth extractions and a few fillings all in 1 sitting and didnt feel anything. Im sure i fell asleep during some of the procedure, thats how relaxed I was. Be aware, the costs for treatments are high, but finance plans are available.

Friendly helpful staff from the moment you walk in to leaving. Understanding dentist, no pressure or force. Would go again when needed.

Attended tonight to have two teeth removed. Imran as usual a very caring dentist, explains everything before treatment starts and explains after care. All I can say is I'm so pleased I have been treated by Imran and the lovely nurse Adela, they have restored my faith after been traumatised as a child and I am no longer scared anymore. My whole experience again was completely pain free. I would not go anywhere else now for Dental treatment
