I was a little late to my appointment due to the roadworks and gridlocked traffic, I called to let them know. It was no issue and still seen quickly and dealt with by a lovely dentist, polite, professional and clean/polish all sorted in same visit. Clean bill of health on the teeth, one star off as no explanation why an xray was done and no results of it shared. Just seemed a little strange as nothing was wrong with my teeth. Good dentist would definitely recommend.

Great to hear all is well with your dental health 😊 X-rays are routinely taken every 2-5 years to check for cavities between your teeth, assess bone levels, etc. We apologise if this wasn’t fully explained to you on the day. There are a couple of minus's. Parking is a bit of an issue as they are so popular & there seems to be a national shortage of hygienists which they are trying to address. The big plus point is, as much as I hate going to the Dentists, Shailee is a wonderful Dentist.

Good experience. It was an emergency booking which I appreciated so much. As they weren't taking on any NHS patients. Fortunately, for me I got what I went for. Very pleasant staff. All professional and looking smart.
