I had an emergency tooth extraction done this morning by Dr Danyal and his assistant Abbey. After trauma from the past I was terrified to even seat on dental chair. After examination, Dr Danyal explained everything in details and reassured me that after numbing I won't feel any pain and he will do his best to extract tooth successfully. Abbey was very helpful and allowed me to hold her hand during the procedure. Dr Danyal was right! Extraction completed without ANY PAIN!!! He completely turned my trauma from the past to a good experience!!! Could not thank him and Abbey enough! And guess what? I found MY dentist!!! Booking another appointment soon as I am not scared of dentist anymore! Thank you so so much Dr Danyal and Abbey !!!

I’d like to say a huge thank you to Dr Shyam Patel for the care he’s given me over the last few months. I came to Scott Arms Dental Practice feeling desperate after previous dental treatment hadn’t resolved my issues effectively. Having read the many positive reviews and received a recommendation from a friend, I decided to give the practice a try, despite it being an hour’s drive away. I can honestly say I wouldn’t go anywhere else now! Dr Patel is non-judgemental, incredibly gentle and genuinely committed to providing outstanding care. He takes the time to explain every step of the process thoroughly, makes you feel at ease and ensures you understand all your options. I’ve felt in safe hands throughout, and I genuinely can’t thank him enough. He’s an absolute asset to the practice, and a lovely guy too! The reception team are equally lovely, welcoming and helpful. The practice is also completely transparent with pricing, explaining costs upfront before you commit to any treatment and giving you time to consider your options without feeling pressured. Thank you so much, Dr Patel and the whole team. I never thought I’d say this, but I think you’ve finally cured my fear of dentists! I absolutely love my new crowns and couldn’t be happier with the results. 😊

I have recently had a dental implant and root canal with Dr Jay at Scott Arms. From the beginning, Dr Jay explained the course of treatment and the different treatment options available to me. Across multiple appointments, Jay was gentle, reassuring and ensured the whole process was pain-free. Despite the complexity of the treatment, I never felt any pain- even the numbing injection didn't hurt. I am really happy with my implant and outcome. Also, Dr Jay has lots of availability and is easily contactable to discuss any issues or book additional appointments. He went out of his way to get my treatment finished before I go away on holiday, which I really appreciate. Thank you! :)

I was suffering with a molar that had broken on the top half (am in my 80's) and was very jagged and hurting my tongue. I called the Scott Arms dental practice late afternoon, the reception staff very helpful and made me an appointment for the same evening with Dr. Roni and his assistant, Dr. Roni and his assistant Mr. Gokul, discussed with me what treatment I wanted- filing down or extraction. He then proceeded with a scan and bearing in mind Dr. Roni was respecting my decision gave me the options for the treatment, filing down or extraction. As I am a coward and hate going to the dentists I opted for the filing down. Wow it was done efficiently and quickly, as they say done and dusted!! S000 relieved. Thank you to you all.

I needed a tooth to be taken out in an emergency but I am always terrified at the dentist and need sedation. Fortunately I have a Dentist who not only knows his stuff but is so kind, caring and patient with me - (he even offered to squeeze me in an appointment during his lunch break as he knew I was in so much pain and also asked one of the assistants to fill my water bottle with fresh hot water). He takes his time to explain EVERY aspect of what needs to be done, how i will feel, what will happen and gives a time frame for EVERY action. I will NEVER see another Dentist as long as he is alive and at that practice. Dr David Pirie - I do not know if you will see this review but I just want to say a huge THANK YOU for taking such good care of this old Chicken and for helping me to feel so much better. This was my first visit to this practise, it was an emergency appointment , I was put at ease from the start of the appointment and all through the dental procedure. Nothing was rushed and I felt totally relaxed. I had an extraction which was painless, I’m going back in two weeks for a check up. I would recommend this practise and I will go there if I ever needed treatment .

Suffered broken tooth so contacted Scott Arms Dental Practice for the first time. I received an appointment for just 90 mins later. I was seen on time. The dentist, Dr Roni Dey, was very kind to this nervous patient. I had an xray & a filling. All done efficiently. Payment was very reasonable too. Happy to recommend.

I had been suffering with tooth ache through the night and ended up seeing my own dental practice just to be put on a course of antibiotics and being referred which would have been in 3 weeks time, a friends sister told me about Scott arms dental practice so I gave them a call, they got me booked in for 21:30 which I arrived 40mins early, the receptionist where polite and friendly and got me booked in, hadn’t even filled all the info of the tablet and within 10 mins of being there I was seen by dentist Samson (Sammy)who again introduced himself and made me feel comfortable after I explained I’m anxious about dentist he examined my tooth told me the plan of action and also told me worse case scenario but not to panic as they could deal with it, within 10/15 mins of being there my wisdom tooth was removed in the matter of 20seconds which I was quite shocked with, I did get the shakes after it was removed but I was in good hands and made sure I was fine before leaving, even go away with an after care plan. I would recommend anyone to this dental practice as they were all friendly from start to finish.
