Thank you for your feedback. On checking your records, we can see you were booked in on our emergency service on a Sunday morning. This works differently from the routine appointments you usually attend. We advise in the email sent to confirm your appointment that if your appointment is after 6 pm or on a weekend it's an estimated time and we would see you within 2 hours of the time slot given. We do also have hygiene/therapists working on weekends doing routine appointments alongside our emergency service, this is the most likely reason you would have seen people go in before you. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused but hope now with an explanation you will understand. If you would like to discuss this further, please call the practice on 0121 357 5000 and speak to Jody or Amy.
