Hygiene appointment with Philippa and Ebony. Excellent, efficient service and would even go as far to say I enjoyed the airflow treatment! Teeth feel and look fabulously clean.

Mr Matt M.
I had to wait an hour in pain for a pre booked appointment, to be given antibiotics that didn’t work on my infection, which resulted in an overnight stay at New Cross hospital due to infection spreading to my eye, for the hospital to give me stronger antibiotics.
Response from Scott Arms Dental PracticeMay 13, 2024
Dear Matt, it was a pleasure speaking to you today I am glad to hear you are on the mend, I hope I was able to offer some clarity about the antibiotics we are able to prescribe and time frame it takes for oral antibiotics to get into your system and start tackling the infection. If you do need to speak to me about anything further don't hesitate to contact, Kind Regards Amy.

I'm really disappointed with them. There's no parking available in front of their location, and I had to spend 15 minutes trying to find a spot. They didn't inform me beforehand about the parking situation, so I ended up arriving 14 minutes late for my appointment. When I mentioned the parking issue, they weren't supportive at all.As they said it will be deducted from my appointment or I can come another day where as they don’t see patients no time anyway as people were sitting their and waiting but this not how it should be
