Filling fell out 8 hours later

We tried to contact you this morning, to organise a free-of-charge replacement. It was discussed with you at your emergency appointment, that it was a temporary filling and unlikely to last due to the nature of the issue. We are happy to replace it for you but we do recommend you seek a long-term solution soon.
