Thanks for the guidance but I think there's room for improvement, my investment was handled poorly. I think I will stick to my independent advisor Libbey Jane Bean on Google for now, at least my investments are handled properly and I make profit too.

This is one of the best banks I have dealt with. Outstanding and attentive customer service. Great online service no matter where you are int he world. Attempted to wire money INTO a Schwab account. It was rejected despite following their procedure online. They charged me $50 and rejected the deposit! Customer service couldn't have been worse. Horrible. Last time.

I received inaccurate information from two different estate account customer service representatives, when I called to ask if Americans living abroad can open an estate account. I was told yes both times! I even got a co-executor in the US after my first application was denied, but my second application was also denied - because I live abroad!!! Very unprofessional. Their own employees apparently aren't trained enough to answer a very simple question about their own rules.

this company took over tdameritrade and as of writing between td & schwab i am yet to receive my 1099 from the td part... this merger should never have been allowed if the participants can not perform a seemless transition. but others are to blame for allowing this merger. schwab management does not care!!!

TD Ameritrade customers are being the last to receive 1099-B with a late extension date. Not a good experience for their future clients after the merger.

Tried for 2 weeks to fund a new account. They were completely unable to link an external bank account to my brokerage account. ETRADE, did it all in less than 24 hrs
