I purchased the Schlage Camelot Electronic Keypad Deadbolt Lock, Keyless Front Door Entry, Mechanical Key Backup Included, Matte Black, BE365 CAM 622. At first it worked fine for a while, then the lock and unlock feature stopped engaging and the lock knob would just spin. I contacted the Schlage warranty department. Wendy from Schlage handled my claim and after many, many emails back and forth sending pictures and videos of the locks operation or the lack thereof, I finally give up. They should have offered a replacement lock and I would have sent them the defective lock, but that did not happen. Very disappointed how Schlage handles warranty claims. Shame on them!

Excellent! I install Schlage smart locks all the time and I recommend them to my customers because I know they work and work well. And if something does happen their customer service and support team are top notch. If you’ve never installed and set up a smart lock leave it to a pro to install and set up for the best results.

Schlage SUCKS!!! I would give negative stars if I could. Schlage logs you out of the app randomly, so when you really need to let someone into your house, you are left trying to log into the app.

Absolutely garbage. Schlage is like any other American Corporation trying to live off of a good old name with garbage products. It may have been of quality back in the sixties and seventies. Those days have long gone by.

Used one of their door stops. Two screws sheared in half, made of putty. Even cheapest nastiest chinese products I used have better quality screws. Plating on couple 5yr old internal door handles is coming off. Looks like bean counters are using cheapest suppliers they can find. I'm stay clear of brand going forward.

The lock would not connect with the Apple iPhone app. I tried for over 2 hours. I did all the different methods. This is a very poor lock. Now I have a big door with just one deadbolt key and a very expensive lock on it that doesn’t work.

Schlage is Schlegt (Schlage is bad) After just over a year and a half, the lock started cracking due to UV. When I logged a support case, Allegiant eventually came back to say that their warranty didn't cover scratches. I then waited a little while longer for the "scratches" to be evidently cracks. They then said the product was not IP rated so warranty would not cover the damage. Do not buy if your front door has any sunlight exposure.
