I placed an order for 4 1ml samples and 1 5ml size. I received my order which shipped next day and arrived on time through the USPS. I opened it and looked and had to check to make sure I didn't make a mistake, but the one that should have been a 5ml was a 1 ml. It was now about 10pm my time I sent an email to their customer service, and to my surprise within an hour that night I had a reply with next day shipping to send the correct size. Customer service is out of this world!!! For that they get all the stars. Very professional and apologetic for the mistake, which was not that big of a deal. The idea of buying rebottled scents is genius, especially if you're like me and want to try different scents out. Will definitely order again, and again, and again!

After realizing how high end stores basically refuse to provide samples unless you buy a bottle, I decided to give Scent Decant a try and I am glad I did. Not only is customer service prompt, their prices are also unmatched. This is now my go-to when I want to try a new fragrance to prevent me from wasting money on a full bottle in case I do not like it. I highly recommend you give them a try!

Awesome fragrance selection and great customer service. One of the scents I received was the wrong one. I reached out by email and within minutes it was all taken care of and replacement shipped.

I love being able to try a variety of scents from day to day to get a better feel of which scents I prefer. It’s shocking how much perfumes change from a paper sampler to skin. Also, their customer service is great. I did not have any issues with my first shipment but there was a minor error with my second order that was corrected quickly and without hassle.

Legit fragrances and good shipping time. I had one vial that somehow leaked and about half of it was gone. Got a hold of customer service and I got a credit in less than 24 hours. Will shop here again in the future

order came in with a couple bottles empty and labels scratched off, I emailed them and they immediately responded and sent me replacements for free, very fast and kind service!
