Scent DecantReviews of scentdecant.com

Was excited that even the smallest sample come in an atomizer (it’s hard to use edps without it) and the whole ordering process was smooth and quick but that’s not why I’m really writing the review. Several of the samples came spilled (not their fault it happens) and they sent me a replacement so easily. Very happy with the customer service experience!

I’ve ordered about 16 different samples from here, all authentic. This was such a great business idea. I don’t live close to Neiman Marcus or Nordstrom, so it’s hard for me to know how these different colognes smell. I’d much rather pay a few dollars for a bottle that I get 15 sprays out of opposed to $400 on a 1 ounce bottle of something I may not like. I’ve had four samples come damaged or missing and I informed Customer Service and they send new samples without hesitation. My recommendations would be packaging up the samples better to avoid damage, keeping attention to detail when packing an order and doing a rush order on missing items to keep customers happy.

I have ordered a few times already and will order again. Based on other reviews I was prepared to wait awhile to get my first shipment but it wasn't slow at all! My second order arrived smelling amazing which I quickly realized was because one of my samples had leaked out completely. I sent a short email noting the issue and they immediately sent out a replacement. First class customer service is very important to me. I highly recommended Scent Decant!

Apparently my package was delivered to my porch, and was proven with a picture.... but unfortunately, wasn't there upon my arrival ☹️ I reached out to scentdecant, and they were very understanding of the situation... so much so, they re-sent the exact same order to me. I hardly ever leave reviews for company's, but this really meant a lot to me. I've been trying to figure out which scents I like, and this site has been a big help with that. Their customer service has basically guaranteed them my business, very pleased.

I had to contact service a couple times. One to cancel an order. The other because one of the bottles had leaked and was empty when it came in. Both times service was quick and painless. Highly recommend!

When I received my second order from scent decant one of my vials was broken through no neglect on their part obviously but these things happen. I contacted the company and they were quick to make it right. I am a postal employee and I see this kind of thing often but not companies that are willing to do the right thing for their customers. Very satisfied with scent decant and will continue to purchase from them.

This company offers a great service, giving buyers the ability to purchase affordable samples of higher priced products. Great customer service as well. I recommend giving them a look before buying your next cologne or perfume.

I think they pay people to write 5 star reviews on here, i made my order 5 days ago and when i email them 2 days later they tell me to wait another 48hrs for movement, 3 days later still no movement, this gotta be a scam website.
