I ordered some samples and due to a mistake with the shipper my package was delivered to the wrong location. I reached out to support and the next day they sent out a new shipment - no charge. Prices are great and the scents are wonderful.

Very awesome. The customer service was very nice and quick to respond. Sent them an email to say that a sample I ordered was broken, not their fault, and they responded the next morning. The process was very very simple unlike many other places that require more steps. Overall very satisfied with how they treat and take care of their customers.

I ordered 7 sample vials of different fragrances and the scent doesn't last long. 3 hours tops. I will never buy from this company again. They offered to resend me another order and I don't want them.

I ordered several sample sized scents and one of them did not show up. I emailed Scent Decantand told them my problem and I got ready for some pushback. There was no push back. They listened and sympathize with me and assured me that they would send out a replacement immediately. They care about their customers and their reputation.
