This company is ridiculous. I ordered weeks ago, never received it then they said it was delivered.. it was NOT DELIVERED. Being called a liar without saying the word liar is what your email is saying to me! I'm going to share each email on each one of your posts on your websites on Facebook on tiktok Reddit Google everywhere I can to show that this company does not honor their clients but cause them liars when they do not receive a package that they paid for a month ago. I wish i could post the emails to show the terrible customer service!

I was accidentally sent the male version of a fragrance I ordered. I am female. It smelled horrible LOL. But a very nice lady in customer service said that she was sending out the actual fragrance I ordered ASAP.

Signed up and got 3 samples to try, and all three were great, not a dud in the batch. What blew me away was the value. I paid $45 for what would've cost me around $950 if I'd bought all three as full bottles. That's a no-brainer. Genuinely enjoying the service so far and I've got 11 more months on the calendar that I'm actually looking forward to. Rare for a subscription to have me excited about what's coming next instead of forgetting I signed up. Highly recommend if you like trying new scents without gambling on a full bottle.

Aside from affordable excellent fragrances the customer service was outstanding. It seemed as though a delivery had been lost by the post office and sent box was very quick to offer to replace it at no cost and then showed up. Excellent service.

The customer service team is extremely helpful. The company provides tracking for the perfume. The perfumes come in the perfect travel size cases (or a larger size, if you’d like). The customer service team was also very accommodating when I thought one of my scents hadn’t been delivered, they sent me another one at no charge. You can also pause your membership at anytime.

They basically took care of us and gave us everything we asked for and if there was any issues they made it right extremely easily and we would definitely recommend them to anybody that wants to smell fresh and awesome!
