I had some issues with some items and contacted them and they made is right no runaround just straight to the point and the company took care of it

Absolutely terrible. The company does not pay postage. They expect you to pay the post office carrier the due postage upon delivery, about $7. This hasn't been an isolated incident. This happens ALL THE TIME with my monthly subscription. Scent Box reports that the post office workers are "overzealous" and want extra money as the reason why the post office wouldn't deliver your order. I have never experienced a more incompetent company whose shipping is so out of whack.

I am amazed at ScentBox’s customer service. I had a problem receiving my last several orders (because of a mistake I made on my end) I reached out to them to help me with the issue and explained why it took me so long to reach out. They handled the issue so fast. Communication was amazing and the grace I was given was so nice. I am very thankful!

Awesome customer service

I have been using Scentbox for years and absolutely love them! I was using their monthly subscription but now travel so frequently and for extensive amounts of time that the subscription doesn't work for me. They have a huge selection of perfumes and I love that there are several options when it comes to trying and buying perfumes. I've recently been on the hunt for a new perfume and ordered several small sample sizes from Scentbox to try. They also offer a size that lasts roughly 30 days as well as full size options. Every purchase earns me Scent Bucks to use towards future purchases. Customer service is top notch too! On a recent order, a couple of samples leaked during shipment and about half the bottle was missing. I reached out to Scentbox and they quickly shipped me replacements.

My package was supposed to be shipped on the 28th it’s been an entire week have not received an email or even a shipping confirmation. They could highly improve on there communication would give them a 1 star scent bird shipped me a box on the 28th and gave me a shipping confirmation.

Great scents and customer service

Great customer service, They have nice scents cute spray bottles but I've literally had to complain every other month. I either didn't get my perfume or the bottle itself wouldn't open to spray. I said if it happens again I'm outta here. I just unsubscribed today. I hope they get it together I love the packaging just cute everything an small to put in your pocket bra or purse you can travel with them also the airport said nothing
