ScentBox is a great way to try multiple designer fragrances without committing to a full bottle. Some turn out not to be for me, and others I love but couldn’t justify the price, so I’m grateful for the chance to try them. The samples are large enough to wear for a week or even a month, which beats tiny vials. The co-founders also reached out personally after I sent feedback, which I appreciated. Aside from a couple of nitpicky wishes, like storage accessories for sample containers and a few more niche fragrance lines, the service is perfect.

I got ScentBox as an anniversary gift for my husband, and he was so excited when his first fragrance arrived. He put it on right away, even though he was just relaxing around the house, and had me smell it — it smelled amazing. I’m really glad I chose this subscription for him. It’s a fun way to try new fragrances without having to buy a full bottle, and he’s already looking forward to choosing his next scent.

First of all I have loved every scent I have received. One the fragrances I received had a dispenser that was hard to work. Whether it was this dispenser or my own fault, I reported it to the company. They sent me another one as a replacement and I am so grateful their customer service was outstanding. I think I will be doing business with this company for a long time. So many companies these days don't care about customer service and customer satisfaction but they went above and beyond.

I really enjoy this service. It is great being able to sample scents before dropping $150 on something you've never worn. Never again will I have a unused expensive bottle of cologne just laying around because I was only able to smell a single spray and it turned out I didn't care for it after buying it.

I have been using Scentbox since 2020. Every month! I have found some of my own signature scents this way. I have gifted some of the sets as well. I love that you talk to someone when you have a problem like not liking the scent. The descriptions of all the scents helps me pick out what I may like and help me steer clear of the ones that may not be for me. Customer service is amazing!

Although I had to wait a little longer for my parcel to arrive, I was very pleased with the fragrance quality. The customer service was very good too; I got quick replies when emailing the founders of Scentbox. Overall, I strongly recommend it.

It was fast delivered and I love the fragrances that were picked. Looking forward to my next two. Would recommend them to anyone who wants to smell like a million bucks but not pay a million bucks.
