Very Nice packaging. I wasn't sure if it would be in the perfume would be in the applicator, it is. Plenty amount of it to last me over a month. Therefore, soon I will have a variety of scents to choose from.

I've been receiving products for close to a year. I'm happy with the products I receive. I have it set to random so they send me different scents each month. I had an issue with one that I received. It was stuck. It wouldn't open; almost like it was glued. It was also leaking. I sent an email to customer support and they responded the very next day and stated they would send me a replacement. Be sure to send video and/or pictures along with your email. They will not hesitate to replace it.

Been with them for years now. We moved in January and never changed our address. End of June I reached out to change address and they are going to resend all the ones missed since January! Above and beyond. Great work ScentBox

They sent my scent for May and it wasn't closed all the way. Messaged them just to give them a heads up for next month and they reshot the scent for May! No questions! Top notch service! Join up dont miss outa

I had a slight issue with my order and it wasn’t anything that was their fault but I was taken care of immediately. Their customer service is incredibly fast and handled my issue right away. There was no hassle, no complications, it was just fast easy care that you don’t normally get now a days or the process gets dragged out before you finally get resolve. The scents I received smelled great and were definitely the real deal and the amount I received was very fair for the price. Im very happy with scent box! Thank you guys

I've had my scent subscription for 2 years now. With the Platinum 2 scent per month. They have so many scents to choose from with this subscription you can get any scent they provide. And they have a lot scents including some their competitors don't have. Their customer service is top notch. I've had an issue with the scent holder that broke and would not twist up or allowed to spray the scent. They are sending me a brand new one and allowing me to keep the scent as well. So that's fantastic in top-notch customer service in my opinion. You also earn a dollar amount depending on which subscription you choose. That you can use on the website to order more sense a big bottle, small 1 mL samples and you can use those dollars that you save up on anything. Which is pretty nice in my opinion. Depending on when you sign up for your subscription. You're is when your billing will come out of your account. And then ship several days later. For instance mine's on the 30th, and my ship date for my senses on the 7th. They usually send them a little bit early depending on how the weekend is. Coming from California to Ohio takes about 4 to 6 days again depending on the weekend to arrive. I have tried their competitors in the past. And did not care for them. I did not keep my subscription past couple of months with the competitors.
