Great customer service, They have nice scents cute spray bottles but I've literally had to complain every other month. I either didn't get my perfume or the bottle itself wouldn't open to spray. I said if it happens again I'm outta here. I just unsubscribed today. I hope they get it together I love the packaging just cute everything an small to put in your pocket bra or purse you can travel with them also the airport said nothing

I was accidentally sent the male version of a fragrance I ordered. I am female. It smelled horrible LOL. But a very nice lady in customer service said that she was sending out the actual fragrance I ordered ASAP.

The scents I've received thus far have been premium. However the shipping time is outrageous. Not sure yet if the scents are worth waiting for or if I should try another site.

The website isn’t user-friendly. Changing account or order details, especially cancelling something, is unnecessarily difficult, which is why I had to email to cancel my subscription just two weeks after my first order. They replied quickly, but refunded my initial order without me asking, and the amount was 68p short with no explanation. I avoided the back and forth for such small amount, but still... It’s a nice concept, but poorly executed in my opinion.

Long shipping times. Other than that, not bad.

Do not trust this company! The first couple of deliveries were fine and on time. I changed to the most expensive subscription over Christmas. They took the money but have not delivered my order. They sent an email saying it would be delayed by 5 days; that was 20 days ago. I have emailed, used their online contact form, and called but have never received a response. Clearly, they have some supply chain issues, but rather than face the problem, they are burying their head in the sand. I tried to remove my card details from their site so that I wouldn't be charged again, but they have locked that feature. The only thing I can think is they are in financial difficulty. Do not subscribe!!!! UPDATE: I have now received a refund and they also sent out the missing delivery. However, I have still cancelled my subscription as getting a response from customer service takes far too long and they did not communicate about why and how long it would take to get my order. In the end, my order was 1 month late, and the only information I was told was it would be 5 days late.

Not great, not horrible. I’ve had my subscription for 6 months & I’ve had issues 2 months out of the 6. Broken sprayer one month & now they are hoping to send me my shipment in 4-5 business days (this will cause it to be very late). Do they not realize that for most people who use this service if there is anything that causes your shipment to be late that means you’re going without perfume? Customer service doesn’t really care. Definitely going to cancel my subscription, just doesn’t seem to be worth the hassle.

I must be doing something wrong! As I’ve only ever received one test tube of fragrance. No label so no idea what it is. I can’t select the perfumes for the months. It doesn’t work?
