Two months I never received my delivery which prompted me to call and voice my concerns. I spoke with a representative by the name of Florence. Florence was EXTREMELY rude and insinuated that I was lying about receiving my order. She suggested I knock on my neighbors door and check with my post office, with such sarcasm. During that call I was so annoyed by how Florence was handling things so I requested to cancel my subscription. 4 months later I’ve been charged. I called again and unfortunately spoke with FLORENCE again who was even more rude than the first time. She talked all over me and basically calling me a liar and argued me down that I did not cancel my subscription. She then hung the phone up. Do not sign up!!!! Scentbox need to go over professionalism and common courtesy with Florence because she lacks every bit of it. I will be trying ScentBird instead.

I signed up for Scent Box premium with high hopes. I took the time to select my fragrance for the year actually. Then the day arrives I get my first fragrance and it was underwhelming at best. I tried to select a fragrance to exchange it with however they seem to only allow certain lower tier fragrances to exchange with my premium fragrance. I emailed their customer service as instructed and was told I needed to spell it correctly and that I was stuck with the hot pink atomizer they sent me however I could go their web site and purchase another one. I'm a 40 year old guy and although I can live with a hot pink atomizer the attitude of "it's yours for sure but we will sell you one that you want" is absurd. I was blown off by their customer service people overall. They are not at all like they describe in their advertisements. It's a scam for sure and they do not live up to their end of the deal at all. I have canceled my subscription after the initial shipment if that tells you anything about them. I am a flat out Fraghead and I will not do business with them at all now. Best of Luck Scent Box! With customer service like that you will need it.
