Firstly it took too long to arrive secondly the fragrance smells terrible it smells like a very old cheap perfume. It stunk up my whole room my husband walked in and said the whole house smells like an old lady. I'm beyond disappointed! In no way do I believe that these are real I can't imagine Prada would smell this bad. My husband warned me not to trust you but I did and I'm sorry I did. Super dissapointed. I hope you will offer me a replacement but I won't hold my breath. I have to go shower to get this smell off me.

Awful customer service. Poor handling of issues. Billed me 2 days early, shipped almost a week late. They emailed me after 3 days stating they shipped in time lol okay. It has been 13 days. So clearly they are scammers.

Literally the only thing that allows me to give a 1 star review is there's no option for zero stars. One thing I loathe is being lied to. This company lied to me about them shipping a fragrance I paid them actual money for. They never shipped it. They never even had it in stock to ship. The customer service is the reason this company deserves to desolve into a failed experiment.

Terrible! Could not get the cologne i was looking for, but was advertised! Canceled my subscription without ordering anything, and no refund whatsoever! Tried to contact them, no response! Don't fall for it! Its a true rip off! Just go buy what you want from a reputable business!

I placed my order on August 24, 2026. I was under the impression that my order would be shipped out on September 7th. However, it is September 10th and my order still says label created. It has not moved. I contacted them by email twice and I have not received a response. I was looking forward to receiving my products even after I read all the negative comments on Reddit. I decided to request a refund and I will be canceling my order because this is not professional at all, if you are paying upfront you expect the company that you are dealing with to honor their timeframe. There are no excuses for delays and no response to emails. I should’ve listened to all the comments on Reddit. I believe this company is a scam designed to trap people and take their money without ever receiving their goods. I should have stayed with FragranceNet.com they were on time and very professional. I probably will be switching back.

Haven’t received an order in months. I get snippy responses from customer services saying that I should refuse to pay postage and email them to get a new order. Issue is, 1. They don’t explain how to refuse postage 2. Who has time to email the company to mail your order every month. This should feel like a job or an inconvenience.

Absolutely terrible. The company does not pay postage. They expect you to pay the post office carrier the due postage upon delivery, about $7. This hasn't been an isolated incident. This happens ALL THE TIME with my monthly subscription. Scent Box reports that the post office workers are "overzealous" and want extra money as the reason why the post office wouldn't deliver your order. I have never experienced a more incompetent company whose shipping is so out of whack.
