Actually dont know about this company but my nephew asked for this for his birthday and I got a three month subscription. He is enjoying it, for sure. And theor service is good, very helpful.

Just got my first ScentBox and so far I’m really happy with it! 💕 I love the idea of getting enough fragrance to actually wear and test before deciding if I want to spend the money on a full bottle. Plus, if you don’t like the scent you ordered, you can return it, which makes trying new fragrances feel even more risk-free. I loved Piano Santal it was such a beautiful scent! Lush Island was a little too masculine for me, but it was still a wonderful fragrance. The packaging was nice, everything arrived as expected, and I’m already excited to pick out my next scent. As someone who loves trying new perfumes but definitely doesn’t need another blind-buy regret 😂, I can see myself really enjoying this subscription. So far, first box = a win! ✨

Scentbox is so fun and an excellent value. I get to try all the perfumes that I can only dream about buying. Customer service was amazing and I'm really having fun trying everything!

I LOVE Scentbox!!! They have top shelf fragrances and the customer service is unmatched!! One of my scent holders broke shortly after I received it and when I requested a new holder they sent me a complete replacement of the holder AND the perfume!!!

There are so many great options to choose from. An affordable way to build a fragrance collection by trying these high end scents before going for a full priced bottle! Fast shipping and great communication! 10/10!!!

I evaluated and used several scent-by-mail monthly services before finally settling on ScentBox. Their pricing per milliliter is good, and I love that they are the only well-known company that allows you to exchange a scent if you don’t like it. I am on their middle/premium tier and I find it to offer a great range of scents, more than Scentbird and for a slightly lower price point. I do their two per month plan and am impressed with how secure and fancy the box they ship the order is. I wish they would ship the first order right away like Scentbird, but I don’t mind waiting a little longer for better scents. Definitely sticking around with this one.

Haven’t received an order in months. I get snippy responses from customer services saying that I should refuse to pay postage and email them to get a new order. Issue is, 1. They don’t explain how to refuse postage 2. Who has time to email the company to mail your order every month. This should feel like a job or an inconvenience.

I've been a customer with Scentbox for over two years. I think they have the best selection of scents and the best pricing compared to other perfume subscription services. I also want to call out their customer service staff. They are excellent!
