We are loving our new sauna. So glad we decided to go with this corner unit / three person. Plenty of space and has become our sanctuary especially with the cold weather. The help and guidance to secure HSA fund approval was so easy and convenient! Of course we were eager to get our sauna so the two weeks felt like an eternity but was quick and easy setup. Between my husband and myself one of us have used it every single day since setup.

Nordica has the most attentive customer service and was a pleasure to work with. The sauna is the highest quality! Very thoughtful modern design with the best wood and comfort and performance is an absolute 10!

We waited several months for our sauna to arrive. When it arrived it was damaged. The delivery company Nordica contracted with were terrible and very rude. We reported the damage to Nordica right away and we are still waiting resolution to our issue. This is now going on three weeks with no resolution. Nordica has updated us each week that they are still working on it. Furthermore we are still waiting on some of our extra purchases to arrive and have not yet gotten items we have paid for. Our sauna was originally ordered in December and it is now March.

I mean exceptional company to work with from the go. Was some issues early on with manufacturer changing production and Nordica honored original pricing without hesitation. And I can’t say enough about what that means to a customer. They had phenomenal customer service and updating during entire lead time. Wouldn’t ever go through another company after my experience truly great.

After the purchase their was no communication from Nordica Sauna. It it weren't for the local trucking companies who delivered the heater, then the sauna we wouldn't have had any communication on the arrival. I never received an estimated date or knew that the items were shipped separately. I sent a few emails and about 50% were answered, the others ignored. Weeks after our sauna arrived, I began to get emails asking if we had received the items. Again, communication is poor. Update: After posting the reviews, I was contacted to get further details about my experience. The company investigated the issues and said they will be making changing.
