SaunaKits.comReviews of saunakits.com

Great customer service and communication.

The sales team was very responsive via text across multiple days. They were able to connect with Auroom directly and ask about customizations! I got exactly the sauna I want. Nordica Sauna’s prices are also the best I’ve found.

I have already given a review on how happy I was with the purchase of the replacement sauna heater. All my questions had been answered and I was given the exact heater I should purchase which I did. I had it installed June 30th I called with questions on how to operate it. Once again unbelievable service!!! The heater is fantastic. The sauna now gets really hot. Everyone should shop at Nordica Sauna. I had a horrible experience before shopping with Nordica Sauna .

Remarkable experience. The team was very helpful on original ordering to ensure I had everything required (note the heater was not included). Delivery was on time, very good tracking of my shipment to my door. Assembly took some time but well worth the effort. Have used it every day since install and product is exceptional.

Matthew is very helpful and knowledgeable with the products. Gave me some suggestions. Excellent customer service

Nordica team excellent! Great responses. Charley jumped in and made a difference!

For a DIY sauna, Instructions are not thorough for assembly. Not clear on the little, intricate parts of assembly that are important to not miss

Effortless delivery. I was impressed that delivery was to my garage for safe keeping, not left at the curb. Packaging was solid and no damage on receipt.
