Ez is great very helpful

Great experience,great transaction.

I contacted Customer Support when I had an issue with the control panel on my sauna. The representative named Ez was incredibly helpful. The response time was practically immediate. He went out of his way to follow up twice with me to make sure my issue was resolved. Very appreciative!

Fantastic last mile driver! He clearly had a lot of experience, had no issue making a tight reverse into our driveway and getting close to the garage. Then he expertly maneuvered the fork lift and crate so that when it was lowered to the ground he could move everything easily into our garage. Very friendly and communicated well. The sauna was packed and protected very well and everything arrived undamaged.

Excellent customer service throughout the entire buying process — from my very first inquiry to post-purchase follow-up. Matthew Adriano and John Adams were both outstanding: responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful at every step. After shopping around with several sauna suppliers, I can say with confidence that Nordica’s customer service is simply unmatched.

Eric and the team working together, deserve this great recognition.Excellent job done ✅

Very professional, addressed all questions and no sales pressure.
