The sales rep was amazing! She gave me some great tips for using my sauna for the first time. I also forgot to order the bucket and the handle for pouring water on the rocks inside my Sauna. She sent me three links to choose from a variety of options that I was interested in she was extremely helpful and positive. I always have a great experience when calling.

Although I ultimately did not purchase from Nordica, Eric was very helpful and considerate while I worked my way through the sauna world. Answered all my questions and supplied all requested information. No hesitation is recommending this company.

Processed order flawlessly and they made sure to honor a deal I had with them and even reached out to remind me of things I forgot to add to my cart.

Jessica did a great job.

Matthew was super helping providing a sales incentive and also providing information about the required installation/electric work as well. 5/5 !

So far the purchase and communication with Krizza and team has been exceptionally smooth. We can’t wait to get the sauna and heater. Thanks for all the follow up and attention to detail.

Great help! I had specific questions and the responses from Matthew were so positive i was able to make a purchase I was previously hesitant on.

Impeccable customer service and communication! Krizza has been helping us to work through some hiccups with our sauna order. She communicated in super timely manner, respectful and very helpful. In the end we are very happy with our purchase and would highly recommend working with Nordica Sauna company.
