SaunaKits.comReviews of saunakits.com

John Adams at SaunaKits.com was excellent to work with. I had a lot of questions while trying to sort through the many sauna options, heater configurations, installation considerations, and overall purchasing decisions. John was knowledgeable, patient, responsive, and very helpful throughout the entire process. What stood out most was that every time I brought up a different question, concern, or scenario, John took the time to walk me through the options and provide a practical solution. With so many places to buy saunas and so many different models, heaters, and configurations to choose from, the process can feel overwhelming. John made it much easier to understand the choices and feel comfortable with the direction. I really appreciated his professionalism, product knowledge, and willingness to help. I would highly recommend John Adams and SaunaKits.com to anyone researching or purchasing a home sauna.

Eric got back to me right away after receiving my message about the sauna, heater, and accessories I was interested in, created a quote and applied a discount, which made the decision a no brainer. After purchasing, Eric reached out with more information I would need for the electrical and setup once the sauna arrived. I was very impressed with his level of foresight and the care he took in answering my questions and thinking ahead on my behalf. He was the reason this was an easy decision, thank you!

Ez in customer service is great

I originally placed an order to purchase an infrared sauna, and was unfortunately forced to cancel before I was able to receive it. My review is with the staff that handled the cancellation process. John the general manager handled my cancellation and made it an easy process. If I’m able to get one in the future, I’m definitely going to deal with him

I had many questions and size restrictions and everyone was patient answering them over a period of 2 weeks. Have just ordered but believe I am getting the perfect sauna for my needs

Great customer service and price. I bought saunalife cl4g with a Harvia heater. Matthew was especially helpful and professional.

Awesome company to deal with, sauna showed up earlier than expected Only issue is delivery, they never called to schedule a delivery day they just showed up with sauna randomly but it worked out.

Very helpful all around! Eric provided expert support selecting the correct kit and parts and helped me receive a trade discount to boot.
