Product was delivered quickly! I use the sauna at least 4 times a week! Works flawlessly as advertised!

Customer service is great & love the sauna! If you have any problem they will make it right & stay in communication while doing so. Many options out there, but I like that it's a US product & made with non toxic materials, who knows with others.

Delivers on the promise. Convenient, portable, very useful product (I have the SaunaBox). I'm a big fan and it is in my normal wellness routine. I'm super grateful for it.

So I got my sauna box the order went through smoothly it was easy to assemble and everything worked perfectly for the first 2 months. Then the chair broke, nowhere could I find what weight limit it was. Then, contacting them, they ask for photos which I couldn't provide since I threw it out but I was more or less contacting them for information as to what the weight limit of the chair was. I was left out in the vold, with no information. So I decided to do an Amazon search. Sadly I was to find out that I bought into hype and not value. There's many similar ones going for half the price of saunabox or less. Do look around first, dont get taken in by slick advertising. So my assumption is if you're buying this to show off to your friends, go ahead and do sauna box. ( I'm kind of surprised they didn't put their name right across the booth) but if you want to save money go look at the competitors you'll find they're just as good. I'm still waiting for information, five MONTHS later. Their customer service blows.

This very affordable unit has been awesome as we use it regularly as well as the cold tub. We look forward to getting into at our home instead if going to the gym to to sit in the sauna some days. I must say we had an issue with the heating unit but!!!! Joey was Johnny on the spot with getting thing corrected!!! Thank you Team SAUNA BOX for this product!!!!

one of the best purchases for our home gym. We bought it a couple of months ago. It takes roughly 10 minutes or so to heat up, but when it does, it's hot. I use it on lever 4 for about 12 minutes. It's awesome!!

I bought SaunaBox as a present for my husband. He loves steam saunas so I thought I'd give it a try. I have to say my expectations were low because trying to achieve the results of a solid sauna didn't seem feasible. Was I WRONG. Saunabox is amazing!! It's our own private sauna without others around. Not only does it get hot and steamy, my husband is 6'4 and has plenty of room! The size is perfect and fits well in our small mud room. I've recommended this to our friends and the ones who purchased it were not disappointed!

I’m thrilled with this purchase. I had visions of a Sauna in my life but realized the money is more than I wanted to spend. Sauna box provides the sauna benefit at a very reasonable price. I’m hooked. The quality of the setup is great too. Easy setup and usage.
